We collect information you choose to provide when you request a quote, reserve a Maintenance appointment, request an opening, contact us, or submit a fleet inquiry. This can include your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details and condition, scheduling preferences, company information, messages, and optional vehicle photos.

For site security and abuse prevention, we may process limited technical information such as an IP address, request timing, browser information, and security logs. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also create standard operational logs.

We use information to validate our service area, review quote requests, prepare starting estimates, reserve and manage appointments, communicate about requests and schedule changes, respond to inquiries, maintain customer and vehicle history, provide fleet service, protect the site, and keep required business records.

Uploaded photos are used to understand vehicle condition and plan the requested work. We do not publish customer or vehicle photos as marketing results unless permission is recorded.

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the business, complete a service, comply with law, or protect customers and the site. Providers can include Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for database and file storage, Mapbox for address and route validation, Resend for email, and Quo for business calling or transactional text messaging when configured.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The public website does not collect card or bank-account details. Staff may record payment method, amount, and a reference in the private CRM for bookkeeping, but online reservations are not payment transactions.

We use limited first-party analytics to understand site visits, viewed pages and services, general traffic sources, device category, call and conversion-link clicks, and progress through the quote and Maintenance-booking flows. The analytics record uses random browser and session identifiers stored in local and session storage. It does not contain names, contact details, service addresses, vehicle identifiers, typed form contents, photo information, full URL query strings, or full IP addresses.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, or sell or share analytics information for targeted advertising. The first-party tracker respects enabled Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals.

We retain quote, appointment, customer, inquiry, communication, and accounting records only as long as reasonably needed to provide service, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or tax obligations. Unclaimed draft photo uploads expire after approximately 24 hours. Claimed optional photos and inactive inquiries are retained under the same criteria and may be deleted sooner when they no longer serve an operational need. First-party analytics events are automatically limited to approximately 13 months.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, private staff authorization, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. Transactional text recipients can reply STOP to opt out. Appointment photos are optional.

We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
